What I don't understand is how anyone thinks the "war on drugs" will work. Just take a quick look at history and prohibitionist.

That rainwater thing always gets me. Before I moved to Japan and read the US news more regularly, it seems like I saw someone being fined for collecting rainwater at least a few times a year. Insanity!
Here in Nigeria, there is violent almost on a daily basis and it seems no one cares about it. Villagers gets killed and sometimes raped and kidnapped. The world needs peace and love.
