Yes! It worked! Just shredded all the pork and added a nice bbq sauce. It was a lot ...

... of work though. I had to wake up at 3 am to remove the Pork Butts from the grill after an 8 hour grilling session. And this morning the butts were obviously cold when I shredded them making that process a bit more work then when they are still warm. The taste though...absolutely delicious! I think everyone will be happy when we serve this on a white bun with a little bit of coleslaw in a couple of hours!

Looking very tasteful! Hopefully got a day of energy coming up need to fire up the Q again after my stew.

Never shredded meat cold before. Am I reading here better not to do it when cold? Because even when it's still warm, with a decent amount of meat you will feel your arms after your done.

Where did you get the black gloves?

It's much easier to shred when warm because of the fat that is 'liquid' I guess.

I bought the gloves at Hanos. It's a box with 100 gloves in them.

Could be of the fat indeed, not sure.
Thanks for the gloves tip. Can I obtain a customercard as easy for the Hanos as I did for the Makro?

Holy Cow Yes Sir, Dinner is Served !!! Good Job Mark @exyle

Thanks man! Are you looking forward to Untamed today?

I love shredded pork and that looks delicious!

Thanks! I love it too but it is very filling though. I can never eat loads of it and the pork butts are huge! It’s therefor perfect for big groups and everyone always seem to enjoy it.

Have fun with your friends! My family will be arriving soon and we are making a traditional Thanksgiving dinner today and then watching the race and football tomorrow. A great weekend, for sure!

That looks absolutely mouth watering! Interestingly enough, as much as I cook and blog about my cooking... I have NEVER done pulled pork haha!! Will have to give it a go some time.

You really should give that one a try, it is delicious!

I think I might just do that! Festive season has arrived. Plenty of excuse to try something new :)

I don't think you need excuses to try out yummie food 😋

lol definitely not!

It's very easy to do, even in the oven. Just make sure you get a nice good rub!

you know I am South African right.... :P hehehehe - NO issues in the meat seasoning department :D haha! I will be sure to give this a go and will add it to my foodie post collection for sure @exyle :)

Congratulations @exyle!
