... with my own fear and try to acknowledge it. The fear may be there. For years, I suppressed and ignored my fears. I have always noticed that in my neck, my shoulder and my neck area. They were always tense and I felt like my neck was constricted. You have to feel the fear and allow it to be there, because then it goes away too. It is a part of you and wants to be heard. The key is to approach fear with strength and shed light on your own shadow. It is human and absolutely ok to have parts in us that we do not like ourselves, because where there is a lot of light, there is always shadow. If we succeed in transforming our perspective from fear into love, we create our own miracle.
What exactly helps against fear?
- Allow and feel the feeling, do not try to suppress. After a while, the feeling goes away.
- EFT (emotional freedom technique)
- Hypnosis
- Breathing techniques, meditation

Incredible shot! When facing your own fear, try to meditate. Sit still and just breathe, and realize that YOU are in control of your feelings. And of your fears!
Thanks so much! Yeah meditation helps me so much. I don't know what I would do without it! And yes feelings come and go.
