Check out Jeff Nipard on YouTube... he says go for 1.2 to 1.8 grams per pound of body weight.... even for fat loss... and im here, 245 pounds, 6'3" saying to myself, how the fuck am I supposed to eat all that protein lol, 6 eggs and 6 bacon is like 60 -70 grams. then gotta have like 2 shakes of 2 scoops each with chocolate milk or something lol

I use to be the same way like 10-20 years ago when I was young and trying to get big but as in my 40's now, I'm looking for longevity and the lean look these days. LOL.

Hittin' 43 this month and I feel great around 155 lbs at 5'10. haha
