125.000/52 = 2.403,84 CENT

if 1 cent = 0,05 $SWAP.HBD (or just $0,05), then:
2.403,84 * 0,05 = 120,19 $SWAP.HBD for that week?

Yes, that's correct. However, the current price of the Cent is quite far from the target price of $0.01. Therefore, we are keeping the APR (Average Per Pricing) high. As the token gets closer to the target price, the offered APR will naturally decrease.
