ظلت أغنياتنا منذ ظهورها وحتى عصرنا الحديث جميلة متألقة معبرة متناسقة من الكلمة الى اللحن الى الآداء. والمطرب أو المطربة يؤديانها بإحساس الإنسان الفنان المرهف.. ناهيكم عن أن هذه المطربة أو ذاك المطرب كانا يلمَّان بوحدات الكلمات الموسيقية وحركاتها وسكونها وأوزانها وبذلك تمكنت أو تمكن من أن يصدحا بصوتهما شجيا, واستمرت تلك الأصوات تهتدي ببعضها بعضاً وتحاول تقويم الاعوجاج الحاصل اليوم عندنا

أغنية قديمة لازالت تعلق في الذاكرة بكلماتها المعبرة وموسيقاها الأصيلة تطرب لها الروح دائما ولكنها قد تكون ثقيلة أحيانا على جيل الشباب وأخرى تسير على وقع العصر والتطور نستطيع أن نطلق عليها الأغنية الحديثة وقد يطلق عليها القدماء الأغنية الهابطة, وكم يصادفنا في النهار الطويل من الأغاني أشكالاً وألواناً, وفي السرفيس والتكسي وأثناء مرورنا من أمام المحلات وأثناء تقليبنا للفضائيات أضعافاً. لسنا ننكر هناك وازدحام غنائي هائل
