When a person puts his soul into what he does, he necessarily finds a response in the hearts of other people ♥

Guys, hello everyone!

I drew a technique - a dry brush. I already told you how it works:

In order to draw on the technique of "dry brush" you will need materials such as: Material: hard brushes, oil paint, paper, white, hard eraser. The technique is a dry brush.

And so, what is this technique !?

The technique is a dry brush - Painted paints on paper or fabric. On the brush itself is usually used very little paint, the thinnest layer, which is evenly distributed over the hairs of the brush.

At first glance, the technique of the dry brush is very similar to the painted portraits with a pencil, although the pencil is sometimes used, some artists paint the initial drawing with a pencil, no more, then rub the paint with brushes, other artists and do not use a pencil in this technique from beginning and to the end.

If you want to try this technique, but you do not know how. Learn to draw with me!

So, how it works: On the palette, a little black oil paint is squeezed out and a little bit of black oil is poured out, very slightly dabbing with a brush in the paint, we rub it on the palette, so that the brush is actually almost dry, then a very thin layer of paint is applied to the base of watercolor paper or fabric by rubbing this brush.

Dark places in the portrait use more paint, respectively, more pressure on the brush, light shadows light pressure and very little paint. The paint rubbed on the base of the paper almost does not smudge.A newly painted portrait with a dry brush can be inserted into the frame or rolled into a roll for transportation without a frame.

At first glance, the technique of a dry brush is quite simple. But let's see what happens in you

The technique of a dry brush at first glance seems very easy and simple technique of drawing, but believe it is far from the case. It can not be mastered in 2 weeks or even for half a year, it takes a long practice, it is necessary to have a passionate desire, excitement in the work and of course optimism.

This technique of working with oil paints makes it possible to make a detailed drawing of forms, while achieving a photographic effect.

The main thing is to follow the rules of technology, and then you will definitely succeed. if you like oil, then you will like this technique. The main thing is to draw the first few portraits. And then everything will go like clockwork :)

Native American and Raven

So, let's first talk about the Indian, and then I'll grasp you about the technique of grisaille. Today we continue drawing lessons, and the theme: "Grisaille technique."

Who are the Indians !? :

Indians are the natives of America. In the extreme north of the continent, Indians lead semi-nomadic life, to be engaged in hunting.

Indian homes

The Indian has different dwellings.Huts made of: poles, covered with branches, leaves and skins. Some Indians built clay or stone huts.

What do Indians do:

They were engaged in Indians weaving, weaving, embroidery, made ornaments from feathers, ceramic and wooden utensils and figurines. Many Indians entered the world history.

Nature gives life to Indians

Nature, the Indians survive. They learned to live with it in harmony and never destroyed animals for the sake of entertainment, solely for the sake of food. Nature gave them clothes, warmth and shelter.

Indian clothes

Indians wove objects from beads, sewed fur clothes.

War bonnet (warrior hat)

He was made of eagle feathers and was considered a huge value. You could wear it only with the permission of the leader.

Medicine

Indians believe in spirits. Even their medicine is based on these principles and it was believed that the disease - is the machinations of evil spirits. Indians are closely related to the sprout.

"Redskin"

Warriors who painted their bodies with ocher. Subsequently, the word "redskin" acquired a racial connotation separating the Indians from Europeans, Africans and Asians. After the Indians demanded to prohibit the use of the word "redskin" for their own purposes, since this word belongs to the red Indians. But they were not supported, and this word can be used by others for their own purposes. The application was rejected because the "redskin" can not be legally formulated.

A picture on the technique is grisaille. Warrior.

I like drawing people from different countries. Especially I like to draw portraits of the children of the world. I hope I can collect a large collection of children of the world.I drew an IndianI want to talk to you about the Indian warriors today.

The Wealth of the Indian Warrior

Not diamonds, and not pearls

Not diamonds, and not pearls for an Indian warrior is not a jewel at all. The main wealth of India's war is iron. Indian steel was valued very highly and went to manufacture only the best weapons.  Indians are the natives of America.  I began to paint actively, my work was liked, I wrote good comments, I began to draw to order. Then I was fascinated by portraits and I began to try to draw them to order. Initially, these were absolutely ridiculous amounts, then increased.I began to pay more attention to teaching materials and it really helped me. I was looking for a lot of useful information for beginning artists. The portrait is much more than a resemblance. This is the ability to convey the mood of a character, a twist, to see the beautiful side of a person.

Thanks to Steemit for this wonderful platform. I like that a lot of people gathered here, also from different countries. It is very interesting to see how others live, and share their lives, their paintings.

I'm glad Steemit is thriving!
