Every single hardfork without fail bugs have eaten the chain...remember the one where no images would work? The blackout? That was actually kind of fun, but of course that was in 2017 when everything steemit was awesome. I really hope to see those days again, and it turns out that's not just wishful thinking, for the first time every steemit is being listed along with facebook, twitter etc. as a social media platform to look out for, yay!

When the chain goes down, it's usually because of preventative and protective measures kicking in. It's actually a good thing. People say, "It's broken!" but really it's stopping itself from breaking until people can fix the problem. That's smart. I like it.
