Today I want to tell you show the process of creating the head of a cute Chihuahua puppy by the method of dry felting.
Materials:
• foam rubber sponge;
• special wool for felting-carded (white, brown, black);
• beads for the peephole;
• Needles are thick (No. 36 triangular, long);
• Needles are thin (No. 38 triangular);
Do not forget: the finished product is 3-4 times less in volume than the piece of wool from which we start work!
We tear off a piece of brown wool - for the dog's head.
We form a ball from it. We stick the needle into the wool at a right angle, and pull out the needle. We repeat, trying to observe this angle further.
Work fast. Slowly you will see how the ball becomes denser. We help the process and, if necessary, we attach the necessary shape to the part.
Then we take another piece of brown wool and form a cylinder - this will be the spout of the dog.
We leave on the junction of loose strands, so that you can weld them to the main part.
We stick to the head (we apply the finished part to the basic and fast movements we lay over and over again the hair inside).
Muzzle:
We select the place of the mouth.
We plan eyes: for a long time we poke into the same place to form a cavity for the eye. We paste beads. From a piece of white hair form the white of the eye, do the eyelids.
With the help of black wool, we form a spout, we attach it.

This is awesome! Thank you for sharing! It all looks very easy but I'm sure this requires a lot of skill. I'd love to try this out myself, but I might have a hard time looking for the right materials :)
