I will find some way to get the book to the US. I have a cousin who works in New York. He can probably be courier.
And for the rest I have a suspicion that hierarchy is built into our psyche and then it sprouts all kinds of strange random systems that every human find very understandable, reasonable, and unavoidable. But in the end it is just a really strange monkey tormenting itself.
