🔵 My first paper roll basket - simple tutorial

Hello friends, I tried to make a small baskt made of paper rolls. It was fun but not as easy as I tought.

You will need

• old newspapers
• glue
• scissors
• basket
• cardboard

First you need to make two circles out of the cardboard. They should be in a size of the bottom of the basket. You should stick the longest rolls like this on the circle and put the second circle on the top.

Now we can start with knitting. We put the roll under the second roll and fold it. Then we do the same with the second roll and so on till we use all rolls.

Then we pick the one we started with and continue around with this one roll around. One time over the roll, another under. When the roll is too short we can connect it with the new one.

We continue like this till we decide the basket is done and we do the edge.

It is good so end like we started and stick the end of the rolls into the small empty space between the roll nearby.

The result can be worse for the first time, but be patience and try again! :)
