The silence is just as bad
My country is bleeding
Vampires with daylight rings ply our streets
The city is blood flooded
And everyone is Silent
Greedy magicians in Pastor's apparel are choking my country men to death.
People with no knowledge about herbs and medicine are selling concoctions that cure infections from HIV to 'promise and fail'

It’s not funny anymore, and our level of ignorance scares me.
The politician is not talking because he's not any better.
He's quick to switch between 'there is money in the system '', to ''the economy is broken'' once he wins power.
I see dead people
People hanged to death on the ropes of religion and politics.
People who seek wealth and protection with 'Stickers of pastors' and holy water..
People with unattended needs and no one cares.
Sometimes I hear the ghost whisper
Sometimes I feel my country is failing
The only good literacy did was to teach us how to steal with the pen.
The bus is now a pharmacy shop
The tv is turned into churches and shrines
Until the light goes down
Vampire diaries remains a movie but

Hi @mecael-emerald...I loved your post. We should not remain silent in all the matters. Bearing the injustice just because the person in front is stronger is stupidity. It is only because majority of the people remain silent, they became stronger. We should speak up to bring changes. We can't just become a puppet and support their evil actions. Speak Up !
