Restoring balance
It's wonderful to sit out in the sunshine and observe the life growing around me. The twisting green flora, the beautiful blooms bursting with colour, and the soft delicate petals of the wild poppies. Taking the time out of a busy day to sit and immerse myself in this beauty is an amazing way to feel calm and restore balance to the mind and body.

Yes give it a go! I use marker pens, drawing ink and a dip pen to draw with.

Beautiful art work. I have a random question for you: do you listen to music when you draw? There seems to be a rhythm to them, if that makes any sense?
If I'm painting in doors I might, but usually i'm outdoors listening to the birds.
