I think atm, we all have a HUGE amount of love for Steem and Steemit! High value grows feelings I guess.
Today I found myself thinking... OH NO... The prize is down!
Within 3 seconds I slapped myself on the cheek and bit my tongue before I could even say a word! Just a few weeks ago Steem was between 1 dollar and 2 dollar so what the heck am I complaining??? LOL...
In all seriousness, I love to see grow just like anybody else here on the platform.
I am still learning all the crypto and yes, every day is a new lesson! I know that I have not been born for Crypto but I'll be darned if I will not master the skillzzzz to become a coin spotter or trader in some way!
I learn from my mistakes, I learn from my friends here on the platform and I learn from just pushing buttons ending buying a few coins here and there I have no freaking clue about!
Honest... That's how I got my first ripple.... Anyways...
Today I just wanted to show my love for Steem by making a little something!
As said above, feel free to use the image, you can even take off my name!
I used watercolor paint at first but ended up covering that with my ecoline pencils because the colors are more bright! I made the painting/drawing on normal paper and took a picture of it to turn it digital. I used a special program to digitally add a back ground and my name.

I actually was thinking the same thing some few minutes ago. Payouts were dropping and I was sobering. But then I realised where Steem just came from and I'm like, common man, give Steem a break! This is a great logo man! Thanks @poeticsnake

I asked myself the same question @poeticsnake why steem and sbd are dropping... but like you said @poeticsnake if you did invest in steem during the time it was $1 or $2 then you are still in the game cause by now you have made six times that amount. Patient is the key to earning more on your investments in crytocurrencies. just seat and watch while your money booms to the moon. Be patient steemians and win!

Ohhh I love what you did with the water colors! Bringing back the classic blue Steem logo with a little fluff for the edges haaha
And oh, I found myself doing the same thing this morning when I saw the price of Steem and quickly had to stop myself! The scary thing is that we all tend to want more and more, and fail to stop and appreciate how far we've come as a community!
