That "Gap" every artist struggles with...

I think everyone has been there. You might say it’s not your case, but deep down you know you had at least one moment, when you were looking at yourself in the mirror thinking about that gap...

In the end, I think the solution he proposes is the best one. No doubt. That “H.W., H.W., H.W.” (I don’t want to spoil here!) always pays back.

This whole idea of the gap applies to art and storytelling specifically, but in general it can be taken in consideration for many aspects of life, I believe.

Really looking forward to knowing about your gap, or if this doesn't concern you at all.

As a pro with 45 years experience, I still throw out work that doesn't measure up. I can paint like an idiot one day, and paint like a pro the next. It's a process of trial and error. Even when you've crossed that gap. It never ends. The sport is in the trying.

Interesting, so I guess the gap is where you "start" from to then find energy in idiot-pro conflict. It's neverending but fulfilling.

Good post! I'm going to follow you to see more post like this and for support us!
