And weigh your life success into the ground, as you explode at random like hidden mines
You’re a danger to be around, and the atmosphere is toxic
Your words are pestilence and ill-intentioned when you talk sick
You‘re either blatant with your thoughts or you're snide and spiteful, even vague
But you don’t see the moments destroyed with your unforgiving plagues
Compromise is not an option and inner growth is ever fleeting
Forgiving is also for you to give yourself a chance to stop the bleeding
But the rivers of your heart will flow a rapid torrent outward
Because you fear what happens next if you would forgive, don’t be a coward…
Let go, let live, let God… let love…
