I see that as being the choke point right now. The building up of groups who understand what behavior is required to turn this shit around.
I have done some self directed study on group dynamics. The thinking is as soon as you get a group of twenty people in sync with a particular behavior a new person entering the group will sync with the group automatically.
I have been looking around and am thinking of joining the ecotrain group for that reason
