Here is an update on what has been done to date as far as donating of funds to those who need it:
As you can see below in the snapshot from @bushfires wallet:
The funds we accumulated from various donations over the past months was converted to BTC.
Yes, this was all done during the "pump" that we saw recently, so it added up to a pretty penny!
In fact, here is a snapshot of the actual transaction:
@ausbitbank jumped in to assist in the conversions and transfers and the bank even charged him a fee, but he and his lovely wife pitched in the difference (the amount that the fees were) to round it up to a whopping $2770 AUD!!!!!!
Literally he saved the day in all that commotion on the day we were watching HIVE go up in price!
In a matter of "minutes" he had all the conversions done to BTC and then to help out in the process of keeping everything as open and transparent as possible, he put out this Tweet:
He went the extra mile by asking around for feedback and at the end of the day as you can see the donation went to the brave women and men of the NSW Rural Fire Service.

As for the conversions from STEEM to HIVE, they were done earlier on with all snapshots etc made public in the Discord server:
