Eczema made my hair fall out :(

Something that a lot of you have experienced whilst going through eczema, TSW, and other detoxification is hair or eyebrow loss, as the skin in those areas becomes affected. This was definitely something I experienced – significantly in my eyebrow area, but also on my scalp. My hair was thinning quite alarmingly during the deep detoxification phase of my healing.

Why is this Happening to Me??

Now, firstly I just want to explain what’s happening here. And this is just my opinion; my educated estimate, based on what I have read in books, watched in videos and deduced from how I have felt in my own body, and what I have realised from watching others go through this process too. Your hair follicles are becoming disrupted by the scaling and flaking that is going on in the areas you’re experiencing hair loss. Think about it; your hair roots are embedded in your skin layers, and as these become affected with eczema or TSW, they become more fragile, they get weaker, and they cannot hold onto those hair roots in the same way.

Is it Permanent??

The first worry for people is that this is a permanent change. We have a big problem as humans thinking that things are permanent when we see changes in the mirror or on our bodies. The hair loss you experience due to eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis is not permanent! Unless you’re using some crazy chemicals in an attempt to clear your skin, your hair will grow back just fine once your body has completed its detoxification of those areas. In many cases it will grow back thicker and stronger than it was originally because you’re now building up your new body with vastly improved ingredients.

My hair was starting to thin gradually as I got older, there were always a few hairs in the shower, and I could see my hairline starting to recede. I have straight hair which comes from my mum’s side, and all of her brothers went bald in their 40s. I felt I was perhaps on course for the same approach, however, since healing, and continuing to eat such powerful food, my hair is thicker than I can remember it. My barber usually has to thin it out using thinning scissors, and my hairline does not seem to have shifted in a long time.

Your Genes Load the Gun; Your Lifestyle Pulls the Trigger

I honestly don’t know how dominant the genes are that dictate male pattern baldness, and if you’re far down that track already, I don’t know how much of an impact changing your diet and lifestyle will work to restart hair growth. However, when you think about the improved blood volume, nutrient-density and circulation to the hair follicle areas, it makes sense that it would work towards arresting the problem.

So don’t worry about the hair loss you’re experiencing now as you’re going through this detoxification process! It’s honestly just a phase. It’s diseased tissue that your body needed to get rid of, and you’re better off letting that stuff clear away, to make room for the new stuff, made of the fresh new ingredients.

Nice to see you here; great post

If its "just" eczema, it should be cureable, but if you are losing hair because of genetic ( alopecia androgenetica) these days you just can slow baldness not cure :(( you can check out my small review about company that try to cure baldness https://steemit.com/baldness/@markcze/will-canadian-biotech-company-cure-baldness
