Good co-workers is always always tough, you don't want to leave because you feel like you will be letting them down, sounds like you need to start thinking exit strategy - obviously not the time to do anything drastic, but might be time to explore your options, and hopefully in a year or two you can be sitting in a pub with your ex co-workers shaking your head and wondering how you put up with all this shit.
