This past weekend, I tested a Session Pilsner brewed by the Shields Indie Brewing Company.

The label states that this is a tribute to Tom Morello's guitar, and further states that it is bready and biscuity, with lemon meringue and herbal dill aromas. I must say I don't get those aromas, to me it smells like a hoppy Beer!!

It actually also tastes nice and hoppy!! I think my taste buds are not well developed as I don't get all the flavours and tastes!! The beer foamed a bit to much, I think it could be because I drank it shortly after arriving at my friends house, and the beer was in a cool box in the back of the car.

The beer however looked great, with a pale yellow colour and a large white head!! It actually tasted great as well!! This beer is quite low in alcohol with only 4.1% alcohol.

I liked this one!!

Looks interesting...I don't think I've ever had a beer with dill added to it; I don't think I've had those hops either. Looks very interesting.
