I ride my bike to an from work every day (when its not winter anyway). It is the healthiest thing to do and gives me more energy. I can skip the morning coffee and start the day energized with a clear head. Thanks for writing this article.

Last week I cycled around 160Km back and forth to work, we a few side missions. I feel full of energy and ready to take on the world when I get to work. And if you take rush hour into consideration it takes around the same amount of time to get there and back. I highly recommend it.
