American rapper 50 Cent earned 700 Bitcoins in 2014 through the sales of his album 'Animal Ambition', which are now worth around $8 million. He had offered his audience an option to pay for the album in Bitcoin and didn't use the cryptocurrency for several years. At the time of the album's launch, one Bitcoin was priced at around $662.
