The change in governance for sure is bringing the uplift of ban on the crypto currency. I believe in 2013 or 2015 the about to be leader praised crypto by saying its the new inspiration. So we are seeing a change really soon.

I think most governments will need to consider participating in the space and/or support it because the technology will innovative many industries include their own administrations given the efficiencies available. If they refuse to do so, they will risk the teams and projects leavibg their countries to go to one that will support it which will out them at a competitive disadvantage for their economies.

What change of government in China? Wasn't the current leader more or less perpetuated a few days ago? Seems like the same policies to me. And China's government is completely centralized, I wouldn't think the head of the bank of China can go against government policy. Now if the government does a U-turn that would be different,
