Sounds like most (if not all) of those cards are shutting down. Visa and Mastercard have pulled their support.

Really?? This news to me...my shift card is in the mail and I got no indication of any trouble. Hopefully visa honors it...😓
I just saw a couple news articles on it. This wasn't the exact one I found earlier, but it's about the same thing.
