50 houses were sold for Bitcoin, while construction work for ultra luxury homes built in Dubai was ongoing. It is said that one person bought 10 houses.
Apartment sales have started in the framework of a $ 327 million real estate construction project, launched in Dubai by our underwear giant Michelle Mone and billionaire partner Doug Barrowman in September. In a statement made by Barrowman regarding sales, he said, "We have reserved 50 of 1300 homes for this business, we have sold all of them, some have bought one and two have bought 10".
It is planned to complete construction in 2020, which started on the site in Dubai Science Park. The project, realized by Barrowman's Aston Developments in Dubai, stands out as a part of Knox Group's nearly 8 billion Turkish Lira prototype. The apartment prices in the project are as follows: Studio apartments (1 + 0) 130 thousand US dollars (approximately 15 bitcoin), two bedroom apartments 380 thousand US dollars (45 bitcoin).
Michelle Mone, who is in the sales explanations, said buyers are from mixed age groups, but usually early Bitcoin investors and programmers who have dedicated their lives to this path. Mode stated that communication with the buyers was easy, and they never resembled the people sitting in their hoods in the dark rooms.
If Bitcoin crashes spectacularly, say another coin comes along and finally everyone decides bitcoin isn't worth it.
