The estate of David Kleiman has filed a lawsuit in the state of Florida, alleging that Craig Wright defrauded his partner to the amount of at least $5,118,266,427.

Sadly, David was in a motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed. He then contracted an MRSA infection which ultimately killed him. His estate is claiming that Craig Wright falsified billions of dollars worth of mining contracts, money that he should have ultimately received a part of not all of, and that is if they were indeed business partners.
The filing claims that they had mined 1.1 million bitcoins in their joint venture together.
It will be interesting to see what Craig Wright has to say now that the spot light is back on him.
