Today while I was driving I noticed a sign that I swore had said "Bitcoin" - I quickly whipped my head around to see if my eyes where playing tricks at the same time swerving my car and almost getting into an accident....
Yeah, that was very true - I almost got myself killed just to see a stupid BTC sign
That's how much I was shocked to unexpectedly see my favorite crypto being marketed in my home town!
So I slammed on the breaks nearly causing a 40 car pile-up and went back to check this place out.
Selling Bitcoins?
My first thought was - Da' Fuq kind of scam you runnin'?
(When posting these pics. I was going to edit out the phone number - then I realized it's a public billboard! Pretty sure they want me passing the number around)
Anyways, it turns out it is just an advertisement on a billboard with a number
There wasn't actually a bitcoin shop as I was really hoping for - I was so ready to go in and start up a conversation with these guys... too bad it's just an add :(
My next thought was - this reminds me of all those BTC phishing emails I get and - I'm sure the Fee's are simply rediculous! and - If I was a drug dealer looking to wash some cash... I would probably call that number!
Even though all my thoughts start trending toward the Negative- spectrum, I can't help but think how far bitcoin has gone in the past few years...
A small town like mine now has a billboard advertising and selling Bitcoins!

Nice man, we got a county down here in Florida that accepting btc and bitcoin cash for payment for id, and taxes hehe. It's great to see local governments start to get in on it. I just wish I lived there. Perhaps my own will take note and try it. I'm doubtful though they will any time soon as they move slower then snails.
ha. That is pretty cool. So you can pay your crypto taxes with Crypto?
That would be helpful for next tax season!
I don't live in that town but from sounds of it they will/could be able to. I'm hoping that expand out more to other areas.
