I looked at singulardtv last week when you mentioned it, I still don't quite understand the business model. I get that they are tokenizing media, but how would that work? Are they trying to become the crypto netflix? I don't see how that could work considering all of the content is copyrighted. I would be more in favor of having a video platform built on steem, like yousteem simliar to youtube, which I think is already in the works.
@inventor16 the best way to sum up SingularDTV would be to watch this video below as it is really a lot of stuff that they intent on do over time. It it suceeds it will be a game changer, but we will just have to wait and see.

@mrwalt I watched the video, I would like to see more, especially a video from one of the lead developers. Tokenizing the artist community will soon be able to be done on steem. Steem is creating a platfrom where websites can tokenize their existing communities on the steem blockchain with their own tokens, so is that the same thing? I just don't know enough about the project to get excited about it yet, I would like to see a working dapp also.
@inventor16 the project sounds very bold and can either be a complete flop which most of these dapps in my opinion will be in time or a game changer. At the moment I'm still researching this project as well as I have not invested yet but if I was going to this would probably be my next project to consider. However this project if carried out has the potential to be way bigger than Steem, but at least Steem as a working prototype in BETA that people can see and use which does put Steem ahead of a lot of these dapps. I'm all about a working utility that people can actually use and not talk about happening in the distance future.
@mrwalt agreed brother, also steem has first movers advantage which is no small thing.
@inventor16 yes being first just like Bitcoin has it's advantages regardless of whatever platform emerges in the future.
Mr.Walt, I want to thank you for pinpointing me into Iconomi in a previous video. I got into it at around 2$ and enjoy the huge gain in a couple of days.

I also like Dash because of its ecosystem and seriously growing budget and professional marketing as well as Waves, Siacoin and Lisk. What do you think about these?
