Please note -- I will have limited internet access for awhile -- so PLEASE do not be upset that I cannot reply right away, or to everyone. I am dealing with some changes, and will have limited time online and will be happy if I get a few blog posts up a week.

This has really upset some people but I do not force my opinions on others, or need to communicate every detail of my life or issues, most people do not care anyways. I invested around 10 hours or more a day on Steemit most of my first 13 mths here, trying to build community, put out content and engage people, help and donate to people, and I just do not have that time in my life right now, and that includes for replies and voting/curation.

I don't think a boycott is going to work. If they weren't the only game in town for average American's to jump in the crypto game then maybe it has some effect. 40k to 100k new signups a day to coinbase. Don't cut off your nose to spite your face.
Get in anyway possible, we are doing fine without segwit.
Let the segwit folks fight their own battles.
Just make money while you can and let the big corporations fend for themselves.

I think the most active users in crypto:

1/ have a responsibility to set a standard for things, best practices and such.

2/ have to lead so the new people can benefit as they learn.

3/ can use their volume and wallets to lead by example.

5/ have the most pull, as they are the most active by far.

6/ 150k new accts daily are fine stats but 99% of them are too new or scared like we all were being new, to buy or sell even for awhile and thus affect any volume at the big exchanges, you have to admit that.
