Oh wow, been there. When we first tried to roll out multilingual docs, it was chaos—so many little things to keep track of! What saved us was building a good workflow using https://www.helpsmith.com. With it, I can manage all the language versions in one place, and when something gets updated, I get a prompt to check the other languages. Also, I’ve learned to keep the text simple and use images that work for everyone or edit screenshots per language. It still takes effort, but at least now I don’t miss updates or mix up languages.
