Downvoting isn't censorship, but it can be used as a bullying tactic. Does Hive have a block feature, where someone can block another account from viewing their content and therefore downvoting them? I don't know. I've never tried to use it.

Of course. If they've downvoted you and you block them, the downvote still counts. But can you block them after that and they no longer see your content. In that case, they can't downvote you. Correct?
No there is no block. Only mute.
So, if you block someone else, you're blocking yourself from seeing their content?
