Blockstrap: Beginner's guide to Blockchain Technology
It contains Slides, which was presented in their European StartingBlock tour. It covers from the basic of blockchains to some techical aspects of it.Since its in slides, it will be a quick and easy read. Which was meant to be served as a guide for the beginners.
Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies
This Princeton University course deals with the detailed aspects of Bitcoin and its working. Since you're on steemit i assume you must be knowing most of that already but going through can be of a good revision
And they've PDF version of it, which can be accessed here:Link
It's a 2hours Self paced course dealing with the business ascpect and how blockchain can be implemented on it.
Good thing about this course is, its Free and upon completion you will earn a Badge for it.
Ethereum 101
This B9 LAB's course deals with the blockchain introduction and also focuses on the Ethereum, how it works and how to get involved in it.
So these are some of the resource i found to educate myself about blockchain, will keep sharing whatever i learnt through it

I think, first at all we have to love what we do, because it will take much time on computer or smartphone and so boring job for some people. Love Cryptocurrency. Perhaps you are no longer interested in Wall Street or the financial world that exists today, but it seems with digital currency, you can find your spirit back.
