From quite a while now I had been following the regular or the most common way to think about products and the Society and how things work, which made me see just a little amount of the bigger picture but the path to the bigger picture was unclear. I was having certain plans for my business career some plans for my startup but I was not able to apply them to the real world because there were many companies which tried something similar but fail to do so, that made me think or that made me wonder I will fail too, until I came across this idea of the Golden circle now this idea is not original mine but while surfing through the internet I came across this, basically what the golden circle is all about or what it is basically saying is that any plan or idea can be fitted in three circles i.e
, the question what? how? and why?
Now everyone knows what they are doing i.e in their business,in there life one knows what he or she is doing. But only 40 to 60% of people know how they are doing what they are doing like they know how they will grow their company or how they will sell their product, or how they will go ahead in life... only 10 to 15% of the overall population know why they are doing what they are doing, for example only few was individual know why we are doing anything what does that mean to a life What's our belief regarding that and why we will achieve what we want to achieve, money is not included money is the result and the input eventually everyone will get or everyone will profit out of the company, out of their business. Now continuing with the golden circle tell me how company or individual think nowadays think? According to me an individual OR company generally is this days think from outside to inside that is what they are doing or they are going to build, they know how they will build or do whatever they are doing but finally why they are building or why they are doing what they are doing is a question to them because they don't have the purpose, their purpose is to make money and making money will not help any company to stand in the market
Now this method is generally followed by most of the companies in India but there are some different company or individuals who think in a different manner, i.e the correct way of thinking, they know why they are doing anything that they are doing they have a purpose that they hold on in their life they have something to give to the society and and what the society will benefit out of the company or their invention. The second thing that they think is how they are going to do the same the third and the last thing to make it happen what they will do to make it happen.. because people invest their assets in something that they believe in, a person will invest in another person who has the same thinking as he does and not in any company who is there in the market to make money
I just want to end this by saying think different think positive and believe in what you're thinking because you never know your Idea may change the world or your thinking may bring a new revolution
