Honestly, same here. I've been to 5 or 6 Italian cities including Rome and would argue that really great pizza is consistently found in Melbourne, Australia.

Italians seem to like thin soggy pizza, I’m not onboard with that. I rarely order pizza anywhere, unless I have already seen that the pizza has great edges.
