Cereals

Please supplement the raw cereals such as brown rice, oat bran, barley, because they contain carbohydrates, a source of energy for the body.

Limit caffeine

This may sound weird but real caffeine can make you more tired. You can feel comfortable when drinking a few sips of coffee song if drinking more you will see the opposite impact. So, please try to limit caffeine.

Fruit juice

Soda and energy drinks usually contain a lot of sugar. The better off, you should select the type of green vegetables or fruit juice to boost energy.

Fresh vegetables

Cooked vegetables often have long shelf life reduces the nourishment. The types of fresh vegetables is always a healthy choice to provide essential nutrients to the body. One of the best ways to boost energy and dispel fatigue is the addition of fresh vegetables in the diet.

Water

Please drink enough water to aid in the body and prevent dehydration. Not necessarily have to drink 8 cups of water each day song please make sure that you do not replace the water with the other drinks like soda.

Nuts

The nuts are healthy snacks to dispel fatigue and hunger. Almonds, cashews, walnuts are also the source of energy for the body. You should avoid these nuts have added salt.

Protein

Proteins from animals like meat, fish, eggs are also recommended for those who frequently tired. You should prefer the fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon because they are good for the heart.
