I currently have a low performance pc, with these features.
As you can see has a processor pentium 4 but the old generation, because it has only one core.
In addition it has 1 GB of RAM and a windows XP operating system, so I have problems with most programs because of the compatibility.
This PC was bought by my parents 10 years ago and although I am completely grateful for that, the needs change since I am currently in the third grade of high school. I study at the benemerita Autonomous University of Puebla, in high school October 2, 1968. I am a year from entering university, and the career I want to choose is architecture, or software programming.
For this reason the computer that I have today would not serve me much.
For these reasons I have a pc project in mind.
A pc that serves me to be able to relizar my works of the school, besides that allows me to edit videos for youtube because I have projects of gaming and drawing.
The pc that I want to arm has the following characteristics.
Processor: Intel Pentium G4600 3.6GHz 2 Core Socket 1151
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110M-M.2 Socket 1151 Intel H110 Micro ATX
Memory RAM: DDR4 8GB 2133MHz / 1x8GB / Adata Value
Internal Hard Drive: 500GB 3.5 "SATA
Case: Cooler Master MASTERBOX LITE 3.1 Modular
Power Supply: Cooler Master MPX-5001-ACAAW-US / 500W / 80 Plus
All these pieces together would come out at about 7000 Mexican pesos, about 400 dollars. Currently I have a third of that money, so I need to work overtime but with the motivation of my new pc.
If anyone has suggestions, leave them in the comments.

I would really appreciate your support.
I am glad to see a young person work for something they want. You know what you need and you know what it will take to get it. I see so many of the younger generation think that they are just owed something because they want it. Nothing in life is free and to be honest if everything was given to you it would take away the satisfaction that you feel once you truly work towards and finally achieve your goal. Good luck with your computer build and the career you choose. I think you will be successful with everything you do. I have built a number of computers over the years and its always a great thrill when you put it all together and it boots up for the first time. A word of advice, once everyone knows you build your own computer they will want you to come fix theirs all the time, so don't tell everyone of your accomplishment.
remember that you also need a power supply and if you want to play games also a graphics card.
Oh thank you very much for reminding me. Which graphic card do you recommend?
in your what seems to be your price range I'd say either a AMD 560 or NVidia 1050 - they should perform pretty similarly - just pick the one that has the best price for you.
