Yesterday I woke up to heavy snowfall. Snowfall like we haven't had for years here. It dropped about 14cm / 5.5 inches of snow over night.
Hero and Lisa were amazed by the sensation of snow under their paws. Especially Lisa kept holding her front paw up for a minute, as you can see in the picture.
These two adorable siblings are 2 1/2 and haven't had the chance to experience snow properly. During the past two years, the snowfall had been non existent. At the most, there was a tiny dusting of snow in the early morning hours once or twice all winter, which always melted right away.
At least yesterday, we got a little bit of it onto the balcony. I wish there would have been some wind, to blow these big snowflakes into our balcony a lot more.
