"What I have to do" VS "What I want to do" / "やらなきゃいけないこと" と "やりたいこと"

Recently, I have trouble to manage many tasks what I have to do and I want to do.

What I have to do is research activities in graduate school. My research theme belongs to a national projects.
So, many tasks impends over me.

On the other hand, I want much time to use for my interests ,learning and so on..
for example
・reading many books
・studying Java and Python
・studying investment and altcoins
・writing any content for steemit
・studying English for TOEIC
・playing with my friend
・listening to my favorite music(jazz , techno, house, and so on)
・travel

I MUST establish a method of task and time management....
Do you know some good idea for task management? Please comment it.

(For practicing English, I write this post by myself(not using the Google translation).
Is my text is correct?)
