Underlying Reason of Bathing (May help save a life)

in #blog7 years ago

Did you bathe today? Most of us did before we start our activity for the day, before going to work, going to school, going out somewhere, or just staying at home before starting the day. Bathing is essential to stay hygienic, cleaning yourself from stench and dirt, also to freshen up your body and mind. Some people bath once a day, some twice, thrice, five times and some none, there are over hygienic people and some people that don't care about hygiene. On a normal day, normally you bathe twice a day frequency may vary depending on each individual), before starting your activity of the day be it going to work, school or anything else, and after ending your activity before you relax for the day. Bathing has become a routine activity that most people do it without asking themselves why, neither do they ask themselves what drives them to bathe. There is actually something more to bathing than just for hygiene and freshen up purpose.

People bathe because they have a goal/task to complete for the day, because they have a motivation to do their task for the day before ending up sleeping to end the day. This underlying purpose may seem trivial and not important, but it is essential to identifying a friend or family who is in need of help. Not everyone is able or willing to share their burden, some scream for help only inside their head instead of out loud to people around them. These burden if kept will mutate to depressive thoughts leading to loss of motivation and will, slowly torturing their everyday live yet appear like nothing changed from their everyday life. One underlying reason for bathing is the motivation to start the day, when this reason is lost then so is the reason to bathe. If any of your friends or families that is not an unhygienic person and bathe normally everyday starts to reduce the frequency of bathing, it may be a sign of calling for help. Someone who normally bathe twice a day starts to bathe once a day, then proceed to bathe once every two days, once a week, only when bathing is really required, shows their start of loss of motivation and will. If you notice this on anyone you love, talk to them, show them you care, but never force them to open up to you unless they do it themselves unless if suicidal actions is happening. Even if it turns out to not be true, there is no harm done.

Some people hide their burden, stress, depressive and suicidal thoughts very well, discovering these small call for help may help save a life. Everyone is fighting a monster in their head, never assume everyone is able to defeat their monster for you never know how big their monster is or how many their monsters are.
