Guided meditation, harmonization of interpersonal relationships.

Welcome to this guided meditation.
Before starting, find a suitable position, as comfortable as possible.
You must maintain a state of alertness in which you feel at ease for the duration of the meditation.
If you opt for a sitting position, make sure your back is straight, while maintaining a relaxed state.
Don't squeeze your muscles, try to maintain a natural position.
Find the best position for you, you may also prefer to lie down, on the bed, on the floor, or even stand up.

Take a moment to adjust your position.
Now you are in the right position, feel your body. Pay attention to the attachment points on your body.
Feel your feet on the floor, and your buttocks on the chair if you are seated.
If you are lying down, feel your back and legs, which are in contact with the floor or bed.

Allow your body to rest and leave the weight to support the earth.
The Earth supports you.
This sustenance gives you a feeling of security.
Now, bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in fresh air, while when you exhale, feel all the tensions that you may still have in your body dissolve.
Review the parts of the body that are most prone to tension, such as your forehead.

Feel your forehead release its tensions.
Imagine that every expression wrinkle dissolves. Pay attention to the upper body, shoulders and chest, they relax thanks to your benevolent attention.
Go through your arms as well, up to your hands.
It is a wonderful relaxing journey inside your body. You are your body.

Continue your itinerary, to stretch every part of your body as much as possible, your belly, your sex, and lower and lower, from your legs, up to your feet.
Let your body and mind be open and comfortable. Feel the solidity of the earth, supporting you and letting your whole body rest on the earth.
Connect to your breath, inhale and exhale, feeling this movement in the center of your chest.

Open yourself to the wonderful energy of the breath.
Breath is life. Breath is rhythm.
It is the rhythm of your existence.
Energy goes in and out, feel your chest, as if it were a sorting center, between the fresh air that enters you, and the carbon dioxide that comes out.
Stay connected with the rhythm of your breath.
Create a feeling of gratitude in your mind. You can be inspired by something that happened to you recently. It could be a recent event, a pleasure received, or a gift received from someone you are particularly fond of.
Let your inner inspiration create a mood of gratitude, which completely permeates your body, from head to toe.
This joyful feeling is projected from your mind, and invades every physical and spiritual component of your being.
Gratitude now fills every part of your body, do not delay, let yourself be guided by it.
Let this warm, enveloping energy truly fill you and nourish you deeply.
You are pure gratitude.
You are the creators of this state of mind.
You can give birth to an unlimited amount of gratitude.
Gratitude fills your whole being. There is no more room for any form of suffering.
Imagine that you are a glass, which is gradually filled with gratitude.
The more the glass fills, the more you are imbued with gratitude.
At the same time, sweep away all pain and suffering.
There isn't enough room for both feelings. You have decided here and now to be gratitude, and the suffering disappears, dissolves thanks to your energy of gratitude.
Feel your heart, your mind, and even your body, filled with love.
You have a kind and friendly desire to keep this wonderful feeling.
Want your heart to be more and more grateful, so that this quality can always become rooted in you.
Repeat mentally, the following sentences
I'm happy.
I am sure of myself, or of myself.
I am at ease, both with me and with the world around me.

Imagine, at the same time that you are getting drunk with gratitude, the whole world is doing the same thing.
Imagine the planet earth, where millions of people are doing the same thing at the same time.

The gratitude of millions of human beings is engaging the entire planet.
In you, and also on Earth, there is no more suffering.
Take advantage of this opportunity to totally pervade your being with joy and gratitude.
You can imagine one or more situations in which you wish in your daily life to be able to maintain this state of total prosperity.
