HEALED 2nd Ankle-versary!

in #blog6 years ago (edited)

Today is the 2nd year anniversary since the day that I fell when I shattered my ankle...!

Last year I wrote a post about my broken ankle-versary, but this time, it IS my HEALED ANKLE-VERSARY!!!!

💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗

💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗

Yesterday we had an epic beach day adventure! It was SO FUN!

Lovely experience from singing the entire car ride, then laying in the sand, climbing some trees, swimming in the ocean, and moving the body around in ways the feel so good!!!! 💗

Upon arrival I was excited to see and touch some coconut trees once again! 💗

Then I felt I needed to at least try to climb a coconut tree, without using my right foot/ankle at all of course! ;)

My first try with the boot was a lot harder than I imagined since the boot was actually more restricting and painful than I expected it would be in assisting my climb... as I couldn't use it in any way whatsoever and all it did was weigh me down and restrict my movement/flexibility drastically...

So I took it off and tried one more time! :)

Success!!!!!!! 💗

I managed to get to the top of the tree and harvest a bunch of coconuts!!!! :)

I made it quick because it was a public beach, and there was a lot of police all over the place, since there was a huge boat show event going on. Also lots of civilians and the lifeguards were looking at me funny... Hehehe.

So I didn't want to attract negative attention/trouble over something so harmless/natural/fun, especially since my parents were already stressing about the fact that I wanted to climb and worrying that I might fall...

Regardless of the negativity, I did it super positively!!!! 💗

WAY sooner than I expected or imagined even possible too!!!! 💗

Now I can celebrate my SUPER HEALING ankle-versary today with some FRESH COCOS!!!! 💗

Of course after not climbing for so long my skin became more sensitive (on top of having to instantly come up with and "learn" to use a totally "new climbing technique" in the moment to avoid using my right foot/ankle for the entire way up!), but it felt so good to reactivate everything! :)

After the climbing, I headed towards the medicinal ocean water, to cool off and heal up!!!! 💗

To avoid getting my crutches wet and sandy, I walked to the ocean, on my hands!!

Though I stopped on the sand a couple feet before the water, and crawled through the last part of rocky, shelled, floor with occasional pieces of broken glass... my parents thought it was insane that I crawled through that on my knees as it hurt their feet to simply walk on it! xD

I actually really enjoyed standing and massaging my feet on that surface though I obviously couldn't use full pressure, I showed my dad how enjoyable it was, hehehe. 💗

Then I went for a swim, after so long, and it felt SO GOOD!!! 💗

I can't pull on my foot for this stretch that I love doing, YET, because it's still too much force at a weird angle for my ankle to handle, just for now! :) 💗

I swam far into the super shallow ocean, surrounded by big pelican birds hunting/fishing, and crazy jumping fishy's that looked like skipping stones bouncing multiple times across/over the water!!!! 💗

It felt SO GOOD to be submerged and swimming in the divine super powered ocean water, and cover my body in sand, and rub my body against the seaweed algae floors! 💗

After I got out I sunbathed quite a bit while massaging and stretching of course, then after drying up, I went to climb another species of tree with branches so it was a lot more effortless and I could lay, sit, and hang around all over it!

I massaged my back and neck and leg and foot against/with the tree a bunch as well as relaxing and almost falling asleep several times! x)

People looked at me funny, though it was beautiful to watch how inspiring it was in others, for example one lady immediately turned to hug the closest tree next to her after seeing me playing around in the tree! 💗

Then we left, as the vultures arrived, and the sun was setting.

Of course, here are more of my healing progress pics! 💗

My hip that feels as if nothing ever happened there regardless of the contradicting looking scar! xD

💗

The camera hole scar that literally looks (and feels) like nothing ever happened there! xD

💗

And the consistently vanishing ankle scar where everything is finally actually constantly upgrading for the better! 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗

So as I mentioned earlier, today was going to be celebrated with coconuts!!!! 💗💗

Celebrating a new super empowered super healed ankle with the new coconut cleaver, and figured why not add an official Steemit verification card to the awesome all around upgrading RAWSOME life! ;)

(I'd been saving this for a while, and finally put the date, my name, and a little extra drawing in today, for this super special super healing super empowering day and post! :)

Yes, that is indeed a coconut mushroom tree, if that's what you were wondering...

A VERY HAPPY ONE! :)

First things first, opening it to perfection, ready to drink! ;)

After opening and drinking all of the divine super powered coco water, you gotta open it to get the super nutritional and delicious coco meat! :)

This is some PERFECT COCO YOGURT MEAT!!!! So at some point I will probably make this (along with more of the cocos as I open them) into some SUPER DELICIOUS COCONUT YOGURT to add to the raw recipes! ;)

Probably coconut strawberry yogurt as that has been one of my favorites (so far)! 💗💗💗

Effortlessly perfectly clean cuts with the new super sharp cleaver, on the juicy soft but surprisingly thick coco meat!

CHEERS! ;)

My first official Steemit Style verification! From the CocoKing! <3

And here's my Facebook, to make it super official(?); https://www.facebook.com/francesco.matinata

💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Me agrada muchísimo que te guste! 💖💖💖 Gracias @josuhimovic!
