Saturday 7.5.2022
We went to Seestadt Aspern outside Vienna. It looked like it was from the future. We went by the underground, which took us around 40 minutes to get there. We were amazed how beautiful and quiet it was there. We were walking for hours and we couldn’t stop watching. We went on every playground that we found but we didn’t have enough time for the biggest slide we saw in our entire life. That sucks. We were so sad about it but we decided that we will come back one day. Our friend Daniel from another group went for a swim. He’s so crazy.
Sunday May 8th
We had a tour with Christoph @manncpt around the city. He took us to see the main city parks around the center, astronomical clock, Opera, Karls church and a lot more. We all were surprised how much Christoph knew about the history of Vienna and the architecture of the buildings we walked by. He lead us around the city center for about 2 hours. He walked really fast so we had to run to be able to keep up with him. After all, it was a great experience and we would like to go on a tour again someday.
Monday 9.5.2022
In the beginning of our last week in the city we had home office at Joe & Joe, our hostel near Westbahnhof. We had another online meeting with Isabel. After the digital gathering we discussed her tasks to change and what she would like to see from us. Later we took a nap before our dinner. After eating we went to see a movie with our teacher at the cinema. It was amazing! After the film we went back to our hostel and we hang out on the sofa.
Tuesday 10.5.2022
This day we went to Edison with our colleagues from Hungary. We all talked to Christoph about how our work is and what type of presentation we are going to make. We weren’t alone this time, there was another group of students from Hungary. We had a really great time with them. At the end Christoph paid for all our drinks which was so sweet from him. After we left we went back to our hostel where we did more work at the end.
Wednesday 11.5.2022
We started working on the final presentation plus we had a meeting with Isabel and Robert, the co-founders of World For Climate. We decided to make three individual presentations for one of each projects that Christoph gave us.
Thursday 12.5.2022
Our last day was super cool. Christoph brought a bootle of Limoncello which was sponsored by the Edison and we all took a shot for our good work. We also had photo shooting with George Kaulfersch and we presented our final presentation. All of us had so much fun on our last day in Vienna and in the global school talent management agency hosted by @opt2o & @manncpt strategic communications consulting. We gonna miss these last weeks!
