New week with new plans

Hi, guys!

So, my main goal now is to regroup and continue working with my writing and blogging in a new way, where I no longer neglect my health and will take more active care of myself. I will pay more attention to what my body needs and respond promptly. For the past month, I've been overwhelming myself exclusively with work, and that was a very unhealthy approach, and I can't continue like that. So now I'm changing my approach and making sure I have time for myself too, taking care of my well-being, and not being distracted for too long from what my body needs, among other things.

Tomorrow, I plan to definitely resume walking the dogs first thing, because both they and I really need it. So that's where we'll start. That will be our first change and innovation. Not every day, but at least every other day, for at least half an hour a day. I think we'll succeed. Let's start small, and then we'll gradually add other activities.
For starters, it wouldn't be a bad idea to start exercising at least once a week.

I've already found a place to do this, so it would be a good idea to start attending these classes. It's not far from my house, so there's nothing difficult about it. I just need to discipline myself and start going. I have everything I need, so it's just a matter of self-organization. Maybe not this week, but probably next week.

So for now, this is my plan for the near future. I don't think there's anything impossible about it, so I think everything will work out.
