Life goes on

Hi, guys!

I continue to bring my life to a new order, and so far the progress is not very good. My weight continues to stand still, no matter what I do, despite active training, calorie deficit and diet. I probably need to go to the doctor and figure out what is wrong with my body. I really don’t want to do this, I’m really tired of running to doctors, but apparently without this nothing will work, and I still have to run and figure out what is the reason for this situation.

I’m really tired of constantly putting in a lot of effort and not getting results. It’s terribly demotivating, I just want to get a result that would be proportional to my efforts. I’m not asking for much. I try so hard and I just want my result to be as high as my efforts that I put in to achieve it. I’m tired of everything failing all the time. I just want my efforts to start paying off.

I have two workouts tonight and I will definitely go to them, but I don't have much energy for it now, my body is starting to get tired a little. I want to rest a little more, but I decided to wait until my body adapts to the loads. So now I just go to workouts, continue working on them and wait until my body adapts to the loads, and then I will rest. Muscle soreness is still my constant companion, but I think I will soon get used to it and I will have less of it, so soon I will be able to set myself more workouts, but this will be in a few weeks, or even in a month.

This week I immediately started with a negative budget, so I can't afford to spend even an extra penny, so I will walk to all the workouts, so I will add cardio loads. In principle, this is what I planned, I hope this will give me the opportunity to burn additional calories.
