Hi, guys!
So, the final preparations are over. I just need to make some minor tweaks to the text and presentation, and then I can send it all off for the pitching, which is on the 25th. I'm surprised I'm not nervous now, although maybe I just can't stand it anymore, because I've been constantly nervous for the past month. Yesterday, I accidentally pitched my book to a publisher I wasn't planning on pitching to, and they asked for my synopsis, which is pretty cool, but I don't know if it will lead to anything. I don't know if I'm a good fit for their publishing portfolio. But I'll give it a try; I'd rather have a choice than not.
Now I have some finishing touches, but I need to finish them, and then calmly gather everything up and send it off. There's a week left until everything is finished, so now it's time to just mechanically finish everything and focus on the main thing. That's what I plan to do.
Now I'll finish working on the publications, take a little break, and go over the text and presentations again, thinking about what else needs to be included, and then I'll make the final edits and send them out. After that, I need to relax and not think about it anymore, just practice speaking my presentation and that's it. The last thing left is what I've been working towards all year.
I hope everything works out and my project lives on.
Have a great day, everyone!
