Hi, guys!

Yesterday I managed to get to the aerial gymnastics hall for the first time and had a good workout there, so I can say that I have gradually started to return to sports, which I am very happy about. I only managed to do an hour and a half, but for the first time it is very good, I hope that tomorrow I will be able to endure two. And so little by little I will again reach my usual mark of three hours. The main thing now is to do it regularly, without falling out of the regime, and then everything will be fine. I also started to maintain a diet again, not yet completely, but I have started to move in this direction.

Now I need to strictly monitor the daily calorie intake, and I hope that little by little the excess weight will start to go away, and the body will approach the desired parameters. I plan to do it smoothly, but quickly, I hope that everything will work out for me. Today I need to go to the dentist, because yesterday my filling fell out, and of course I am not very happy about it, but unfortunately life is not without unpleasant surprises, and today it is like this. No big deal, I will go to the doctor and after that I will allow myself to rest.

I will most likely postpone the video shooting until next week, so that this week does not turn out to be too busy for me, after all, this week I am already restoring sports activity and diet, and everything needs to be done gradually, so that my brain does not get scared again, so this week I will rest more. Yesterday I was able to work more on the text, which is also a very good sign.
