Hi, guys!
I decided to take a day off today, and maybe tomorrow too. I did a really good job yesterday, finally sorting through all that pile of reviews I was supposed to shoot for publishers, so I have time to take a breather and rethink my schedule.
Basically, I've added items to it that haven't been on my daily to-do list for a long time. I've added sports, writing, dog walks, and studying. Now I only need to add music and drawing. So, I'm not far from perfect. I already know that once I start going to the gym again, my schedule will change a bit. But I'm not there yet.
I haven't even decided where I want to start. I'm considering stretching, so my body gets used to the exercise again, or morning yoga and Zumba. So far, I like the latter better, so I think I might give it a try. I want to work out 5-6 days a week, so I need to plan my schedule carefully and make sure I go to bed by 9 PM so I can wake up early and make it to my morning classes.
I think I'll eventually succeed; I just need to get started. So, I think I'll be hitting the gym in about a week or two.
