Hi, guys!
Today I need to get back into my normal work routine, and it’s happening rather abruptly—I thought my book club meeting was tomorrow, but it turns out it’s today. So, I didn't even have time to get nervous about it. I’ll knock this out quickly, film a couple of videos, and then I need to do some reading and figure out what’s next on my urgent reading list, since the books are starting to pile up again.
It’s going to be a pretty packed day, but I’m definitely going to work on my writing at the end of it; working on the text every day has to be a non-negotiable habit. I’m also getting back on a diet today because I can see that my lack of a structured eating plan is starting to show in my appearance. Plus, it’s been quite a while since I last lost weight, so I think my body will be fairly cooperative when it comes to dropping the next few kilos. So, I’m introducing some restrictions now and seeing how it goes. One way or another, I still have 15 kilograms to lose.
After all that, it would be great to take the dogs to get their nails trimmed—ideally, I’d take them for a walk too, but that’s a "maximum effort" goal, and I’m not sure I’ll manage it. Still, I’ll certainly give it my all. I need to pull myself together and try to do more than just the bare minimum. And, of course, I need to get to bed as early as possible.
Have a great day, everyone!

The first day in an official work situation is extremely important to future events such as mastering one's job responsibilities and establishing relations with one's peers. Getting through the initial challenges without stress is very beneficial.
