My vacation is inexorably coming to an end, only three days left. And to be honest, I didn’t really have time to notice that I basically had a vacation; it looks like I never had time to start resting.
Today I plan to do a general cleaning in my room, so that when the educational process begins, everything will be beautiful and nothing will irritate me. In fact, I really love this process, organizing my space and cleaning it up. This really calms me down. Intellectually, I understand that in this way I begin to feel control over my life, but why not, this is also good.
I still have to leave the house for a couple of minutes to go to the market to buy vegetables. My husband and I continue our diet, the results are still very small, but I’m glad that they are, in principle, there. In two weeks I lost two kilograms, and if this trend continues, in six months I will be in the shape I would like to be in.
Today I won’t go to the gym, because yesterday I realized that over the past ten days I have overtrained. The muscles are very sore and the body requires rest. Well, that means you need to give him this rest for a while, otherwise the body will be offended and leave.
I won’t even go for a walk with dogs. They've been out a lot over the past week, and if they miss a day, it's okay. Moreover, they really love it when I do the cleaning, they rush around and try to help :)
So, three days left. The main thing is to spend them usefully :)
